The organisers of the Polish Congress on Rheology – Opole 2015, the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Opole University of Technology and the Polish Society of Engineering Rheology, invite to participate in the Congress on 21-23 October 2015.

The Congress held under the auspices of the Polish Society of Engineering Rheology, whose founder was an outstanding rheologist Prof. Assoc. Zdzislaw Kembłowski. The Polish Society of Engineering Rheology was established on the foundation meeting on 7 July 1998 at the Lodz University of Technology.

The Polish Congress on Rheology supports the main objectives of the Polish Society of Engineering Rheology, which are primarily the promotion of research and achievements in the field of engineering rheology and their applications, among the employees of research centers and industry.

During the Congress will be presented the latest developments in the field of rheology in the form of lectures of invited guests, plenary lectures, presentations and a poster session.

Lectures will be presented with the division into sections: theoretical rheology, rheometry (research methods), rheology of polymers, rheology of food, rheology in medicine and pharmacy, rheology of cement paste and concrete mixture, rheology in didactics and rheology in industrial practice.

In the framework of the Congress is planned exhibition of modern equipment for rheological research.

The place of deliberations of  the Polish Congress on Rheology will be the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Opole University of Technology, Katowicka Street 48, Hall of the Oswald Mateja in Opole.
